1. How to File a Complaint<\/h2>\n

The customer may submit any complaint or report any incident by email to eshop@homedevelopment-es.com<\/strong> or by telephone to +34 629 203 563<\/strong>, at the earliest opportunity after the incident is detected.<\/p>\n

2. Required Information<\/h2>\n

To properly assess the complaint, the following information must be provided:<\/p>\n

  • order number,<\/li>\n
  • full name,<\/li>\n
  • photographs or video of the incident,<\/li>\n
  • detailed description of the incident,<\/li>\n
  • date of application of the product,<\/li>\n
  • batch reference, where it exists,<\/li>\n
  • basic information on the substrate and application method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The seller may request additional information or technical inspection of the case.<\/p>\n

    3. Response Time Periods<\/h2>\n

    We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and provide a response within a maximum period of one month from its receipt, unless the technical complexity of the case requires additional inspection, which will be communicated to the customer.<\/p>\n

    4. Complaint Records<\/h2>\n

    In accordance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in the Canary Islands, the establishment has complaint records at the consumer’s disposal. The consumer may also contact the consumer protection services of his or her autonomous community or consumer arbitration boards.<\/p>\n
