1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver our products to Tenerife, the other Canary Islands, mainland Spain, the Czech Republic and other destinations by agreement (Portugal, international projects).

Available options:

  • Pickup from our warehouse (C. del Ficus 1, 29640 Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain), upon order confirmation — free of charge.
  • Pickup from our collection point in the Czech Republic (V Bílce 684, 156 00 Prague 5 – Zbraslav), upon order confirmation — free of charge.
  • Delivery by our own vehicle — the cost is calculated individually based on the distance and the weight of the order. After receiving your order we will send you a shipping quote for approval; payment is made by bank transfer once the total amount has been approved.

2. Time Periods

Preparation and delivery periods are indicative and will be communicated in the order confirmation. They may vary due to stock availability, island logistics or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

3. Taxation by Destination

Deliveries to the Canary Islands are subject to the Canary Islands tax regime (IGIC – Canary Islands General Indirect Tax). Deliveries to mainland Spain are subject to Spanish VAT. The applicable tax is calculated automatically during the purchase process according to the delivery address.

4. Verification Upon Delivery

The customer must check the condition of the packaging and contents upon receipt. Any visible incident must be noted on the transport receipt or immediately communicated to eshop@homedevelopment-es.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without need for justification, by communicating in writing to eshop@homedevelopment-es.com and indicating name, order number, product and purchase date.

Withdrawal shall not apply to cases legally excluded, in particular to products tinted, prepared or customized at the request of the customer, nor to opened or manipulated products whose nature prevents their re-commercialization.

6. Returns

Any return must be previously authorized by customer service. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Once the goods are received and checked, a refund will be processed by the same payment method used in the purchase, within legal timeframes.
