1. Legal Warranty

Products marketed by HOME CLIMATE COATINGS benefit from the legal warranty provided for in Spanish consumer and user protection regulations for new goods, counting from delivery of the product.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers lack of conformity of the product: manufacturing defects, damaged packaging at origin or product that does not correspond to its description and technical data sheet.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty shall not cover in any case defects or damages caused by:

  • incorrect or out-of-specification application,
  • inadequate or poorly prepared substrate (lack of cleaning, priming or preparation),
  • failure to comply with drying times,
  • inadequate environmental conditions during application,
  • use contrary to the technical data sheet,
  • improper storage,
  • intervention by unauthorized third parties,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • accidents or external causes.

The warranty does not constitute a promise of identical results in all properties: the final system behavior depends on the specific conditions of the project and its correct execution according to the technical documentation.

4. How to Exercise the Warranty

To exercise the warranty, the customer must contact customer service indicating the order number, a description of the defect and, whenever possible, photographs or video. See also the page Complaints Policy.
